Terms of Service

All Atelier Arlou jewelry pieces are handmade to order in my atelier in the Netherlands.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms:

• Each piece is made to order; average production time is 2–4 weeks.
• All prices include VAT.
• Payment is required in advance through the available checkout options.
• As every piece is custom-made or made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started.
• If anything goes wrong with your order, please contact me at info@atelierarlou.com — I’ll do my best to find a fitting solution together.

Atelier Arlou reserves the right to adjust prices, products, or terms at any time.
